Welcome to the Kitsap-SeaTac Airporter and the Ft. Lewis-McChord Airporter


  Fares must be requested at the time of making your reservation and proper identification is required by the driver. Discounted fares apply for all military personnel and immediate family member (active or retired) and seniors 65 years or older.  Please present proper ID when Boarding the bus/van.                                        Rates are available upon request at time of purchase only


No reservations are taken from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. Note: During peak holiday travel periods our van capacity fills quickly. Passengers in need of assistance at the Airport can contact Bremerton-Kitsap Airporter Customer Service personnel at our kiosk, located at the South Ground Transportation Service Desk, south end of the baggage level of the terminal building near Carousel #1, at Door #00.

All Passengers returning from Sea-Tac Airport, including Round Trip ticket holders, are requested to check in with our agent at the service desk situated at Door 00 for issuance of a boarding pass if necessary. This is required to preclude overloading our busses and to assure "First Come, First Served" service.
Our airporter personnel will sell tickets and assist our drivers to expedite Airport departures. All departures from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport are from the South Parking Lot outside Door '00' at the South End of the baggage claim level. View our schedule. Between 10:00 am and 9:00 pm please check in with Kitsap Airporter agent at our courtesy desk at Door #00 before boarding the bus. At other times, please check-in directly with our driver.

Our office is open 24 hours every day to better serve your transportation needs!

Most pick-up locations with the exception of the Park and Ride lots and certain hotel locations are courtesy stops, therefore the owners of the business establishments allow us to stop for loading and unloading passengers only. Leaving your personal vehicles at their place of business, where there is limited parking, is an inconvenience to their customers and is not permitted. Most of our frequent customers are dropped off at our pick-up locations either by taxi or a family member. There is no parking permitted at Denny's, 6th and Pearl Street, Tacoma.


Limited customer parking is available for a nominal daily charge at the Silverdale Beach Hotel, Baymont Inn & Suites, Bremerton and the Inn at Gig Harbor. Prior arrangements with the hotel management are required. FREE 7 day parking is offered at Baymont Inn & Suites Bremerton, Quality Inn- Kitsap way  and the Inn at Gig Harbor for overnight guests.

As a company policy we do not overbook, therefore as a courtesy to other passengers, please cancel reservations you do not plan to use. If you find a need to cancel please provide our operators with your reservation number, name, and pickup location to confirm. Likewise, when possible, please confirm your reservation with us the day before you travel.

In order to maintain on-time service, our drivers must leave each service location at the scheduled departure time, drivers may depart before the scheduled departure time IF all reserved passengers are boarded. Please be waiting ten minutes prior to the scheduled departure time at the pickup locations. If our driver is more than five minutes late please call (360) 876-1737. 


All canceled Reservations will be charged a $5.00 processing fee.


As a courtesy to our customers our drivers can place a brief telephone call for you or allow you to use the BKA telephone to arrange for your destination pick up. You are encouraged to ask the driver to call your party or a taxi service for pick up at your destination while the vehicle is not in motion. We are not responsible for any local taxi company operations.



Reservations made over our internet website ( must be made at least twenty-four hours in advance. Pre-payment online for a round trip ticket is not considered a ticketed reservation from the airport.  If pre-payment for a round trip ticket is made your driver will issue a Round Trip Ticket when going to the airport. Please bring to the driver's attention that you need a round trip ticket when boarding to the airport. It is the passenger's responsibility to retain round trip tickets for travel from the airport. There is the possibility when a reservation is made online of overbooking a trip during heavy travel periods. Should overbooking occur, we will try to accomodate your needs the best we can. We encourage you to call our office to confirm your reservation. All canceled Reservations will be charged a $5.00 processing fee.


Reservations are ONLY required for the trip TO Sea-Tac International Airport. Reservations are not taken FROM the Airport.

All vehicles are radio dispatched with GPS capability and reservations can be taken as late as two hours before your designated pickup time. For proper schedule and load planning, however, reservations are preferred one to seven days in advance. Please ask for a reservation number (date and trip number) since this is your assurance that your reservation was recorded. Trips numbered 0-8 are morning pickup times and trips 9-20 are afternoon and evening pickup times.

Reservations  may be made over the Internet at (preferred method) or by telephone. Our buses stop only at pickup locations where we hold reservations.  Please call our office to cancel or change a reservation 1-2 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time if you have a change of plans.  All cancelled reservations are subject to a $5.00 processing fee.

You are encouraged  to purchase your fare by credit card at the time you make a reservation by telephone. This enables the driver to quickly board and ticket passengers and proceed to or from the airport. Cash payment for same-day reservations for trips to the airport are not taken.

Please advise us if you are carrying in excess of two pieces of luggage for each traveler at the time you make your reservations. Excess or heavy baggage/boxes may not be carried.  An extra $5.00 (one way) per piece will be assessed for baggage exceeding 2 pieces.


It is our purpose to maintain scheduled times whenever possible. Safety is our primary consideration. Weather, road closures, and traffic conditions affect operating conditions, therefore schedules cannot  be guaranteed.  Schedules operate daily including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays except Thanksgiving and Christmas Day, when limited service is provided.  Bremerton-Kitsap Airporter™ assumes no responsibility for making airline connections, nor for any charges incurred for alternate forms of transportation. Passengers may be picked up or dropped off at most Kitsap County hotels or motels which are not our designated service locations, if the passenger is a guest of that facility and it is on or near our designated route.
